About Vital Values

You’re tired of feeling confused. There’s a soft, quiet inner voice that’s getting more insistent; urging you to get the foundations right and build your business in a way that resonates deep down with you and your soul.

But where do you start? 

That was me not so long ago. I felt unfulfilled, floating around half-heartedly making business plans and not following through because I knew deep down my actions weren’t aligning with who I was or what I wanted from my business (or my life for that matter!). 

I knew if I was going to go any further I had to dig deep and figure it out. 

What was it all about - this desire to have a business, to serve others, and to stand for something? I was driven, but worried I was going in the wrong direction!

It was time to get clear on my work values, what made me tick, what my superpowers were in business, and what my purpose was in the world. I worked through stuff that made me feel uncomfortable, made me get fired up again about my business, and made me proud of my work. I worked on creating my ideal business for the future. 

I designed the life and the business I want through this work. Once I realised the importance (and the results) of this inner work, I started sharing it with my clients, and helped them get the breakthroughs they needed too.

That’s why I created the Vital Values course - to help you identify your purpose, get clear on your work values, know your Why in business, and design your business vision and mission. These are the foundation of your business, the reason you stay the course - motivated and committed to make your business work for you and for your clients.
