I'm Lynsey - a mindset and transformation coach, straight-talker, and someone who genuinely believes that women shouldn’t have to burn out to prove themselves.

Based in Dublin, I work with ambitious, capable women who look capable from the outside and feel overloaded behind the scenes.

I’ve worked with women in business and leadership for over a decade, and hold a PhD in Science, certifications in life, business and wellness coaching, and am an accredited master mindset coach to the ICF PCC level. My experience blends a science-informed background, accredited coaching training and a practical, realistic style.

My work isn’t about ‘fixing’ you. It’s about helping you think more clearly and make better decisions with support that fits real life.

How much does the programme cost?

Support is €475 per month.

The minimum time commitment is 3 months, but many clients stay for 6 months or more, depending on the level of support they need.
