SPARK!

The mental tab that never closes. One session to shut it down.

The Spark Session

The cost of circling isn't time.

What you need is space to unravel the issue, make a decision, and plan what comes next.

That’s what the SPARK Session is for.

What is it?

The Spark Session is a single, focused coaching session for women who need help with one live issue.

That might be:

  • a decision you keep trying to make

  • a difficult conversation you need to have

  • a boundary you need to set

  • the pitch you keep polishing instead of sending

  • the email you've drafted three times and still haven't sent

You’re not stuck because you are incapable; it’s because you’re carrying too much, thinking about it from every angle, and trying to get it right without enough clarity.

‘I send myself five, six emails a night when I'm thinking about random things... and then maybe the car journey on the way home, analysing, processing what I did.’
Kate, Research Consultant

The Spark Session will help you think clearly, name what’s in your way, and move forward with a plan.

What happens in a Spark Session?

We take one real situation and work through it properly.

Together, we look at:

  • what’s happening

  • what’s driving it

  • what assumptions, patterns, or pressures may be fuelling it

  • what matters most here

  • what your next step is

This is about helping you make sense of what’s going on, untangle the mess, and leave with a decision you own.

After the session, you’ll…

✅ know what’s driving the loop: not a sense that things are heavy, but the specific thing underneath it.
✅ stop sending yourself six emails at midnight and finish the evening with one clear thought
✅ have a decision, direction, or thinking that holds up when the pressure is on
✅ have the words for THAT conversation; the one about the deadline looming where no one is supporting you, or the one about the load that isn't being shared equally

Who’s this session for?

The Spark Session is for the woman sending herself five reminders at midnight and who’s tired of being there for everyone else.

It's for the woman who's holding something at work, something at home, and something she hasn't told anyone about, and calling it 'fine’.

‘At work, nobody knows about my truly dreadful experience with another employer. Or how it killed my confidence.’
Lisa, Marketing Consultant

This session is built around an issue you want to unravel right now.

But if you want…

Someone to tell you you're doing great; then I'm not your person.

But if it's the pitch you haven't sent, the conversation you keep rewriting, or the decision that won't close - and you want to leave with real clarity on it?

You’re in the right place.

‘Will one session really help?’

If you're stuck on one live issue - a decision that’s taking up too much energy, a conversation you're avoiding, a boundary you need to set - yes, it will! One focused session can give you the clarity and language you've been missing.

If you realise during the session that there's a bigger pattern underneath it, we can talk about what longer-term support would look like. But SPARK is designed to stand alone; you'll walk away with a decision you can stand by.

Lynsey Hanratty Spark session

What’s the investment?

€187

For one 75-minute session that could unravel weeks (or months) of spinning and overthinking.

One client described it as ‘the conversation I'd been trying to have with myself for three months…but this time someone asked the right questions.’

You've been carrying this long enough.

How the Spark Session works…

🔥 FIRST: Book your Spark Session and fill out a quick check-in so I know what we need to focus on.

🔥 NEXT: We meet for a 75-minute Spark Session on Zoom or Google Meet.

🔥 THEN: You’ll get your session recording, notes, and a simple action plan within 48 hours.

🔥 AFTER THAT: You’ll have one week of follow-up email support in case anything needs further clarification once the session has settled.

Still thinking about it at 11pm?

It's rethinking the same decision in the shower, in the car, or when you should be sleeping.

A SPARK session ends this, because thinking harder about it isn't working for you. If it's still taking up space, it's ready to be dealt with.

Get clarity on the issue, language for the conversation, and one clear action step.

Why work with me?

‘Who minds the capable one?’

It's the question I ask that stops women cold, because the answer (if they're honest) is usually nobody.

15 years of working with high-achieving women taught me this: the workload matters, but so does the pattern beneath it. The one where you try to put something down and end up picking it back up anyway, because it's just easier than the alternative.

The productivity industry will hand you another system. The wellness industry will tell you to rest more. Neither of them will touch the actual pattern.

My PhD is in Medical Microbiology. My coaching credential is a PCC. Both trained me to look beneath the presenting problem, which is exactly what a Spark Session does.
I know what's running the show - the mental load you can't put down and the identity built around being the one who copes.

I look at the pattern, not just the pressure, so that when you put something down, it stays down.

What my clients have to say…

Laura Weldon, client of Lynsey Hanratty

When I started working with Lynsey, I was feeling overwhelmed, confused and frustrated. I didn't have a consistent weekly schedule and was being pulled in every direction.

Pretty much straight away I was able to put things into perspective, break everything down into what was important and necessary for me and what was not.

I had the best experience with Lynsey and would highly recommend her. We worked together to totally transform my weekly schedule, freeing up time that I didn’t think I had.

She gave me the confidence to be honest with my team about what I need from them and be clear in my expectations.

Thank you so much Lynsey!

‘I have learned to forgive myself... I still use the tools and methods I learned. That's a really good thing, because it helps me work through things methodically; I can stop myself from spiralling.’
