Most women leave the Notions talk knowing exactly what they've been doing. This is where they figure out what to do instead.
This half-day workshop helps women map the specific places they've been shrinking - the meetings they've stayed quiet in, the opportunities they've talked themselves out of - and leave with one concrete place to stop.
ABOUT LYNSEY
Who minds the capable one?
That's the question Lynsey Hanratty kept asking after years of sitting with women who handled all of it, and ended up exhausted anyway.
Lynsey is a mindset coach based in Dublin. She works with ambitious women who have built something real — and who are starting to wonder what it's actually built on. The women who are good at everything except switching off. The ones who see everything, can handle everything, and have decided that noticing the problem means they're responsible for fixing it.
Her talks are for women who have already read the books and done the courses, and still find themselves back in the same loop when the pressure is on. She's less interested in inspiration that fades on the drive home and more interested in what happens two weeks later, when the pattern breaks.
She holds a PhD in Medical Microbiology, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and a Master Certified Mindset Coach qualification. The PhD is in a different field, but the training stuck: look at the system, ask what's causing the problem, rather than focusing on what it looks like from the outside.
She'll name the thing in the room that no one else has. That's either exactly what you need or exactly why she's not for you.
