Before I started my mentoring sessions with Lynsey, I was quite overwhelmed trying to keep on top of the huge workload that comes with trying to get a business off the ground on your own. Maintaining a good social media presence was eating into my time and I was also trying to expand into a new customer base but didn’t really have the time to create a strategy to do this.

From our first session, Lynsey broke down the problem into manageable sections and we set goals to tackle each one at a time. It made a huge difference immediately. She helped me organise my time better and suggested a different format for tackling social media also - lots of brilliant tips that really helped to reduce the amount of time I was spending on there trying to get some traction.

She really helped me nail down my target market and identify where they were going to find out about me. She had so many tips for various ways I could promote the business through emails, networking etc things I had been thinking about doing but Lynsey managed to simplify the steps I had to take to do it and it made it much more of an achievable goal for me.

Lynsey has given me so many new skills that are allowing me to work smarter and not harder. I’m targeting my efforts into different areas. She helped me to really understand how my potential customers will see the brand and how to communicate effectively with them.
I was really on the verge of burnout when I started working with Lynsey but she has now given me the confidence and the tools I need to keep going. She did a spring clean of my approach to my business and it has made a huge impact on both my professional and personal life.
